Yellowstone Part 1: Arrival, Mammoth Hot Springs & Lamar Valley Wildlife

Welcome to Part 1 of our Yellowstone Adventure! We began our journey leaving home in South Carolina, connecting through Charlotte, and taking the long flight out to Wyoming - excited to finally step into the wide-open beauty of Yellowstone National Park. In this first chapter, we settle into Mammoth Hot Springs before spending two full days exploring the stunning northern side of the park. From the terraces to the winding roads, from bison crossings to quiet moments in Lamar Valley, this area is filled with wildlife, wide landscapes, and pure Yellowstone magic. We ended our day with an unforgettable sight- a massive bull elk glowing in the evening sun right in front of the Mammoth post office, and another elk grazing peacefully right outside our cain. Moments like these stay with you. Thank you for joining us on this first leg of the journey. In part 2, we'll head south into Hayden Valley and out toward the shimmering waters of Yellowstone Lake.
