There's a thousand ways to make chili. This version is easy, healthy and hearty. It's a dish than can be tipped with sour cream, cheddar cheese, onions, jalapeno peppers, cilantro, black olives and more. Serve with crackers and or tortilla chips. Alright!? Chili has the utmost worthiness to stand on it's own. More than likely, what you need is in your pantry. Let's get into the recipe. 1. Warm 2Tbs of oil in a Dutch oven or a large pot over medium high heat. Drop your ground beef and cook, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon until just about brown (about 4 minutes). 2. Reduce heat to medium, add 1 onion chopped and cook stirring occasionally until softened ( about 10 minutes). 3. Add the chili powder and the special blend tomatoes and beans. stir frequently until fragrant ( about 1 minute). Salt and pepper to taste. 4.
