Here you can cruise down the river in a half-rounded coconut boat while also having the opportunity to take a spin in one of these boats, a unique experience but worth the hype? Things did not really went as I have planned them to be because our driver had some huge commission profits for taking me to that boat ride. I was overcharged three times the price (600,000 VND instead of 207,000 VND) and also he tried to lure me into a marble shop which had insane prices to obviously also get commission, NOT COOL! After heading to the Hoi An's Old Town where we released a lantern in the river and made a wish we had some food there which was alright. It's a cool experience but for my personal experience it was to crowded there, everybody is bumping into you and blocking you, etc. I wouldn't recommend staying there for more than just 1 day. #hoian #vietnamtravel #isitworthit
