It was the first time where I have tried a Vietnamese soup with a huge pork bone packed with bone marrow. This was hands down, one of the best soups I’ve ever had next to those of my parents obviously. After that I headed to the river road and cought up with some locals playing a traditional Vietnamese chess game on the street, and then I found one of the most delicious Banh Mi from a sweet old lady walking around the river with a pan and ingredients in hand, making it fresh on the spot! When I got back to the Elites Hotel they upgraded my room based on a not wattering AC but raining AC. The service of the Elites Hotel is great, AC cleaning is a different thing. And to wrap this video up I went to gave the dragon bridge in Da Nang a visit which is spitting flames (fire) and swaps the ammunition to water between. Oh, and I finally found the Vietnamese pizza I’d been searching for—Banh Trang Nuong, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint!
