She received her Bachelor’s degree in Dance and Performance Studies from the University of California, Berkeley and was honored with the Mark Goodson Prize for Distinguished Artistic Talent. She uses compassionate, interesting, and self-evolving body awareness interventions to empower patients with new movement strategies. She believes movement should be joyful and has the potential to replace pain!
