In this ASMR video, I demonstrate how to get rid of headaches and neck pain using advanced massage techniques. First, you'll see some great massage on the jaw. The wooden tools are called T-Bars and can get into the muscle tissue between tight muscle fibers. TMJ massage can be one of the most painful massage treatments you can receive. However, releasing your jaw can profoundly affect your entire central nervous system giving you deep relaxation, reducing headaches, grinding teeth, and reducing neck tension dramatically.
