Lookback 2024: DWIH Creates New Momentum for Indo-German Collaboration in Research, Innovation, and Policy In 2024, the official cooperation in the field of science and technology (WTZ) marked its 50th anniversary. DWIH New Delhi has actively contributed to this partnership and in the year continued to be a key connector between Germany's and India's innovation ecosystems. Highlights of the activities were: • Incubators Connect 2.0 successfully linked 18 German institutions with India's startup landscape. • Incubators Connect – Tandem connected 30 researchers for cross-border innovations with a group of 12 leading incubators. • Increased visibility of the Indian research landscape via several events in Germany. • Policy-level engagement with a joint declaration on entrepreneurship programmes with the Department of Science and Technology (DST) in India. • Strategic integration of Artificial Intelligence through collaborative initiatives.
