逆風前行—高一峰紀念展 Moving forward against the Wind: The Kao Yi-Feng Memorial Retrospective 高一峰（1915-1972），生於山西徐溝。早年進入京華美 術專科學校（今中央美術學院）西洋畫科就讀，修習油畫、 素描。1942 年曾至綏遠任教，旅居北方的歲月更成為日後 創作的重要內容之一。多以水墨為媒材，畫風寫意、運筆蒼 勁有力；塞北日常、花鳥及水牛、駿馬、台灣鄉野人物等 為常見的描繪題材。1950 年移居台灣後，先後於臺中中學、 國立臺灣藝術專科學校（今國立臺灣藝術大學）美術科執 教。作為戰後台灣水墨畫壇的翹楚，高一峰帶領中國傳統水 墨與台灣本地的風土相結合，開啟台灣水墨發展的新篇章。 Kao Yi-Feng (1915-1972), born in Xugou, Shanxi Province, studied Western painting at Jinghua Academy of Fine Arts (now the Central Academy of Fine Arts), specializing in oil painting and sketching. In 1942, he taught in Suiyuan, and the years spent living in northern China would later become a central theme in his works. Often employing ink as his medium, Kao’s painting style was expressive, with bold, vigorous brushstrokes. His subjects frequently depicted everyday life in the northern frontier, along with birds, flowers, water buffalo, horses, and rural figures from Taiwan. After moving to Taiwan in 1950, he taught at Taichung Middle School and later at the Department of Fine Arts at the National Taiwan Academy of Arts (Present-day National Taiwan Univer s i t y of Arts).
