Thank you for being here with me! --- / @danadelightfull8484 --- Dear friends, to see the Christmas items, please check the playlists 👇👇👇👇 • Christmas cookies • Christmas Cake --- Ingredients for this cookie: 2 eggs 70 g sugar 140 g flour 5 g baking powder A pinch of salt 1/2 teaspoon vanilla Apple, carrot, or strawberry jam for the filling Melted chocolate for decorating the cookies --- Instructions: Crack the eggs into a large bowl. Using an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the eggs slightly until they become a bit uniform. Divide the sugar into two parts. Add the first part and beat with the electric mixer for about 1 minute. Now add the second part of the sugar along with the vanilla and salt, and beat for about 3 minutes until the mixture becomes lighter in color and increases in volume. Sift the flour and baking powder over the mixture all at once, then use a hand whisk to gently fold the dry ingredients into the batter. Transfer the batter to a piping bag and pipe it onto the baking tray as shown in the video. After the cookies have cooled, remove them from the baking tray. Pipe some marmalade or Nutella between every two cookies and sandwich them together. Then decorate them with melted chocolate or a dusting of powdered sugar. Enjoy😋😍💖💓 --- Baking Information: Electric oven temperature: 180°C Middle rack Top heating element: ON Bottom heating element: ON Convection fan: OFF Baking time: 10 to 12 minutes --- Important Tips: 1. Depending on the size and weight of the eggs, the amount of flour may need to be adjusted. If the eggs are large, you’ll need more flour; if the eggs are medium or small, you’ll need less. 2. You can determine the correct amount of flour by checking the consistency of the batter when piping it onto the baking tray. The batter should not be too runny that it spreads, and not too thick that it keeps the exact piped shape without settling. Once you make this cookie once, you’ll easily understand the right consistency. 3. You can use any type of jam you have at home. You can even use Nutella as the filling. 4. These cookies must be stored in an airtight container. 5. They should be consumed within 1 to 2 days. Since they contain no oil or milk, they tend to firm up quickly, so it’s best to eat them soon. 6.
