We used the traditional clay stove and firewood to cook authentic vegetable curry and handmade Atta Roti (Whole Wheat Flatbread). ​The Art of Making Roti: The process of rolling and baking rotis on an open fire is a beautiful sight that brings back old memories of village life. ​Spreading Joy: The most beautiful part of the day was serving the hot meals to the children and villagers. We also sat together and enjoyed the food as one big family. ​Village life is all about simplicity, togetherness, and helping one another.
