Thanks to Mr Max for taking the whoopings! More on us here: www.charmcitykarate.com Twitter: @charmcitykarate Crashing Wings (rear bear hug - arms free) 1. Step to your right (to 3:00) and drop into a horse. Simultaneously strike down with both your elbows against opponent's forearms. 2. Have your left foot meet your right foot (close cat) as your left and right arms cock to the right side of your waist. 3. Have your left foot then go behind your opponent's left leg (to 8:00), and into a left reverse bow. 4. Pivot to your left and deliver a left outward elbow to your opponent's jaw (while in a left neutral), followed by a right hammerfist to opponent's groin (while in a left forward bow). Have your left elbow continue across opponent's face and convert it into a left five finger rip across opponent's face. 5. Have your right hammerfist slide up the middle of your opponent's body, and convert it into a right heel palm to opponent's jaw (fingers are parallel to the ground and pointed out and away from you), striking the jaw the moment your left foot moves slightly to your left into a wide left neutral. 6. Now have your left hand grab opponent's forehead as your right hand grabs the bridge of his nose, yanking his head down and into your right knee kick (your knee kick comes up and back along opponent's spine). 7. Drop your opponent on his back, and step forward (to 7:00) with your right foot into a right neutral bow. Followed by a left step through in the same direction, and concluding by circling your right foot clockwise (to 6:00) into a left neutral bow, facing your opponent. 8. Now that you are facing your opponent deliver a right slicing kick to his head. 9. Plant your right foot back (to 7:00), and execute a left sliding back heel kick to opponent's head. 10. Left front crossover and cover out twice
