Now add flour and mix well and cook on low flame for 12 minutes till no lumps are visible. Now whip by mixing machine, add eggs one by one and mix well. And Bake batter on 200c preheated oven for 22 to 25 minutes. Caramelize the sugar stick the croquembouche and make tower and serve. French Macaron : Egg white 50gm Caster sugar 50gm Salt pinch Almond flour 60gm Icing sugar 43gm Method: Whip the Egg whites, caster sugar and salt till soft peaks. Now add & mix Almond flour and icing sugar drop on baking sheet. Leave them till dry and bake it on 160 c in preheated oven for 15 to 16 minutes and serve.
