Aujourd'hui, samedi le 29 avril, 2023 aux alentours de 15:15, le Service de sécurité incendie de Montréal a été appelé à se rendre sur la rue De Chambly. À l'arrière du bâtiment sis au 2043 le feu faisait rage au troisième étage. Le feu s'étant propagé, une deuxième et une troisième alarme a été donné. Comme il se doit, les pompiers ont circonscrit les flammes en un temps record évitant des dégâts qui aurait pu être plus important. Aux dernière nouvelles, aucune personnes n'as dû être transporté en ambulance.
