Easy Brownie Mix Cookies

These brownie mix cookies are so easy to make! They're the perfect brownie mix hack. They're ultra chocolatey, fudgy, and sure to please. Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix (unprepared) about 18 ounces 1 large egg ⅓ cup coconut oil (or vegetable oil) 3 tablespoon water Instructions: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a large mixing bowl combine the brownie mix, egg, oil, and water. Mix well with a hand or stand mixer until the batter is no longer lumpy and is well mixed. Use a standard cookie scoop to form the dough into balls. Place on greased or parchment paper lined (not wax paper) baking sheets. Bake your cookies for about 10 minutes. Let them rest on the hot baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring. Notes: If you use a smaller or larger cookie scoop, you’ll need to adjust the baking time.
