During these meetings, CARB staff will discuss updates about incentive project funding and implementation for zero-emission transportation and mobility projects. These projects help improve air quality and reduce the impacts of climate change. We encourage community members to ask questions, provide suggestions, and give input on their clean transportation needs. The Low Carbon Transportation and Air Quality Improvement Programs are comprised of a variety of clean transportation incentive projects that cover individual and community mobility options, as well as medium- and heavy-duty on-road vehicles and off-road equipment options. CARB staff hold monthly evening community meetings throughout the year to provide updates on funding and on project policy, requirement, and implementation changes, as well as other initiatives.
