Plants Vs Zombies 2: Reflourished | Penny's Challenge - Road Blocked (1/26/26)

Playthrough of Penny's Challenge for 1/26/26: Road Blocked. Level starts at 0:35 Note: I avoid using Plant Food and try to use unique strategies. This time, I use the plants that came out recently for Lunar Night Market. It's a rerun of Road Blocked, a level filled with various holiday zombies including Food Fighter Primes. Thrown into the mix are Dark Summoners and Chair Racers. Decided to try out the big three Lunar Night Market plants to see how they do. Well, they certainly do. It's interesting to see how well they synergize with each other. Begonia amps up the other two's already big damage and slowing ability. Both her and Missile Toast literally toast zombies and keep Gourd Carrier headaches to a minimum. Iris is such a ridiculously good staller AND attacker, especially when working with them. Her birds quickly cut through the hapless, lurching, nerfed zombies. The zombies here have little answers other than brute force and spam. Even Food Fighter Primes go down to the barrage if they are in the middle. Parasol Zombies can't do much about getting rolled over by constant fireballs and birds. Chair Racers keep crashing into birds and then get roasted. Imp Dragons are ironically the most fit against Missile Toast and Begonia with fire immunity. The problem is, it doesn't prevent them from getting Begonia's status ailments, so they inevitably get heartbroken and then either become bird food or get their heads blocked off their shoulders by Blockoli. The LMN plants still rely on Blockoli and Gloom Vine though, to stay alive against imp rains and Fisherman. Back when this challenge came out, I think Blockoli wasn't in the mod yet, and Gloom Vine was useless, it couldn't even attack. If they weren't there, I guess I'd bring in Banana Launcher or Cherry Bomb instead of Blockoli, Blastberry Vine for Gloom Vine, and probably swap Teleportato Mine, whom actually didn't do much this time around, for Intensive Carrot or maybe Blover just to get the imp rains outta my face.
