Critical Part on my AH-1 Cobra Helicopter is Upgraded | MAKERA Carvera Air CNC Machine

The stock 3D printed bracket which connects the mechanics and fuselage of the AH-1 Cobra helicopter was worrying me immediately since I received this helicopter. As you can see in the video the bracket is most prone to breaking (layer delamination) in the same direction as it gets most forces during flight. To eliminate a potential crash of this expensive helicopter I decided to make an upgraded bracket - a CNC machined one which eliminates any structural issues. This was my first time using a CNC machine and I've made some mistakes during the process but luckily that didn't affect the final product!.
