Our children are growing, and our lives are changing too. After a quiet month of reflection, I’ve been thinking about presence, family, and the rhythms that help our home feel grounding. In this video, I share how I’m making room for what matters — from cozy homemaking resets to simple wellness routines that help me take care of myself so I can care for my family. We’ll also mix and roll quick, protein-packed snacks that give our family energy and support health, especially as we focus on mindful eating together. (Full recipe below!) 🌿 *Protein Ball Recipe* Dry Ingredients: 1 cup vanilla protein powder ¼ cup all-purpose flour 2–3 tbsp freeze-dried strawberries, crushed into powder Pinch of salt 1–2 tbsp powdered monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste) Wet / Binding Ingredients: ¼ cup creamy peanut butter 4 tbsp cream cheese, softened 2–3 tbsp milk 1 tsp vanilla extract Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until combined. 2. Roll into bite-sized balls. 3. Store in fridge for up to a week. This season is about intentional rhythms, presence over productivity, and making space for the moments that matter most.
