Today I am going to take you guys through the project 50 challenge. This video marks day 1 of the challenge. I heard about this challenge after attempting the 75 hard challenge and wanted to compare the two. They are actually quite similar as the both involve reading, working out and more. However they do have their differences. For example, one is 50 days and the other is 75. Project 50 also has 7 tasks which is more than the 75 hard challenge has.
