Pork and Eggplant are a perfect partner. Especially pork is minced, stuffed eggplant and then deep fry them until golden brown and crispy. ▶ Ingredients : ● 200 g Pork Shoulder ● 500 g Eggplant ● 3 cloves, Garlic ● 2 Leaves, Spring Onion ● 1/4 tsp, Salt ● 1/2 tsp, Knorr Seasoning Powder ● 1/2 tsp, Black Pepper Powder ● 2 tsp, Soy Sauce ▶ Batter : ● 3 tbsp, Tempura Flour ● 1 tbsp, Corn Starch ● 2 Chicken Eggs ● 1 tbsp, Cooking Oil ● Water. Method : 1. Chop or cut the pork into very small pieces or smaller. 2. Add the meat into the bowl, and season with salt, seasoning powder, black pepper powder and soy sauce. 3. Mix it well and Marinate for 10 minutes. 4. Cut eggplant into medium pieces, then cut half every each but don't cut off. 5. Stuff minced pork inside the eggplant. 4. Another bowl, Combine tempura flour, corn starch, eggs, oil and water. 5. Heat the pan, roll the minced pork stuffed eggplant on the corn starch and dip the batter. 6. Deep fry until golden brown and crispy, about 6-7 minutes. 7.
