Today we’re making a super easy, no-bake Cold Cake — a perfect chocolate dessert that needs no oven and no fancy ingredients! This rich, fudgy chocolate biscuit cake is made with Marie biscuits, cocoa powder, cream, and a hint of coffee for extra flavor. It’s the perfect sweet treat for kids and adults! Ingredients Used: 3 packs Marie biscuits 4 tbsp cocoa powder 4 tbsp sugar 1 tsp granulated coffee 1 pack cream Method: 1. Break all the Marie biscuits into 3–4 small pieces and set aside. 2. In a pan, add 1 pack of cream. 3. Add sugar and whisk continuously until it dissolves. 4. Then add cocoa powder and keep mixing until smooth. 5. Add granulated coffee and whisk again until everything is well combined and slightly thick. 6. Once the mixture is ready, turn off the heat. 7. Add the broken Marie biscuits into the chocolate mixture and mix well so every piece is coated. 8. Line your dish or pan with a plastic chopper sheet/cling film so the cake doesn’t stick. 9. Pour the chocolate-biscuit mixture into the pan and press it down evenly. 10. Freeze overnight for the perfect firm texture.
