It was late and ya girl didn’t have a chance to measure things out. I plan to share a jambalaya recipe soon Estimates: Impossible sausage - 1 link 1/4 cup of diced celery 1/4 cup of diced Red bell pepper 1/4 cup of diced Green bell pepper 1 tsp garlic paste 1.5 tbsp tomato paste 1-2 servings of rice 1-2 tsp of cajun seasoning Enough veggie broth to defrost the rice if needed Salt + pepper to taste Green onion or parsley for garnishing Lavender Blueberry Oat milk - https://www.sweetgreensvegan.com/reci...
