2025 Boston College Football Mini-Preview | 2025 ACC Football

Boston College won three of its last four games in 2024 to go to a bowl game in Bill O'Brien's first season as coach of the Eagles. BC will look to build off that strong finish and hope to get 8+ wins for the first time since 2009. Dylan Lonergan, a transfer from Alabama, beat out the incumbent Grayson James to be named the Eagles' starting quarterback in 2025. He'll have two quality wide receivers in Reed Harris and Lewis Bond to throw to, BC's two top receivers from 2024. On defense, the Eagles return their top tackler, safety KP Price. Defensive end Quintayvious Hutchins will look to step into the hole left by first-round draft pick Donovan Ezeiruaku.
