Then in a blender add chicken mince, fried onion, salt and soaked bread slices. Grind well. Now add boiled potatoes, soy sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste, red chili flakes and egg. Grind it well. Then add chopped onion and fresh coriander. Grind properly. Now make kababs with the grinded mixture. Then heat oil in a pan and fry the kababs on both sides. Lastly serve hot. Masoor Tadka Daal: Ingredients: Clarified butter 1 tbsp Bay leaf 1 Tomatoes (chopped) 2 (medium) Onion (chopped) 1 (medium) Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp Green chilies 2-3 Turmeric powder ½ tsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Red lentil (soaked) 1 cup For Tempering: Clarified butter ¼ cup Cumin ½ tsp Red chili powder ¼ tsp All spice powder ¼ tsp Curry leaves few Dried red chilies 3 Green chilies (slit) 2 Fresh coriander (chopped) for garnish Method: Heat clarified butter in a pan and sauté bay leaf and onion. Then add ginger garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté well. Now add chopped tomatoes and mix well. Then add turmeric powder, red chili powder and salt. Cook well. Now add soaked red lentil along with 2 cups of water. Cover and cook for about 20 minutes. For the temper, heat clarified butter in a pan add cumin, curry leaves, dried red chilies, green chilies, all spice powder and red chili powder. Fry well. Then add the mixture to the lentil and temper it well. Lastly garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot.
