Mix evenly to remove any lumps. Divide the Mixture Split the mixture into two equal portions. Make Cocoa Dough Add cocoa powder to one portion and mix well. Sprinkle water little by little and knead until a soft, smooth, and pliable dough forms. Make Matcha Dough Add matcha powder to the second portion. Gradually add water and knead until the dough is firm yet smooth. Shape the Pedas Lightly grease your hands or molds with ghee to prevent sticking. Shape the dough using molds, roll into balls, flatten into discs, or layer cocoa and matcha dough together for a two-tone effect. Finish & Serve Press gently into molds to create patterns. Let the pedas set for a few minutes at room temperature and serve. Notes Add water slowly — too much will make the dough sticky. These pedas require no cooking, making them ideal for quick prep and warm weather.
