"Renovating The Wrong Irish Farmhouse Again: This Time It's A Bathroom" revisits Mitch at his 250 year old Irish farmhouse which was derelict for many years. Renovating this abandoned stone built house will be a lot of work for just one man. This is why we are happy to lend a hand and share what little experience we have acquired from restoring and renovating our own derelict farmhouse in Ireland just two counties away. Mitch had already removed the rotten floorboards and joists in this room, which was the family bathroom in this 3 bedroom house. We are leaning more towards restoration and conservation of our 110+ year old Irish farmhouse than we are renovation but appreciate we can't not renovate and update some things in the house for a more modern way of living. We were complete beginners at restoration, let alone a 110 year old farmhouse, also really needing a "homesteading for beginners" guide we are still taking it slowly, enjoying everything we do no matter how hard it is, to one day realise our dream of running a fully functioning homestead from our once derelict Irish Farmhouse. 👨👨👦👦 Become a Channel Member: / @thecornerhouseproject ☕ Buy Us A Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/thecorne... 🥇 Thank you to those for supporting us with a Super Thanks There is something for everyone at The Corner House Project, if you subscribed for the derelict house restoration and renovations or just for the homestead in Ireland, we will bring the smiles, you sit back and relax and let us do the work.... well, Dawn will do the work.
