Dai Pai Dong’s (大排檔), refer to open air cooked food stalls, where the kitchen (is often located on the streets)! Oi Man Sang (restaurant name in Chinese 愛文生), is one of my favourite dai pai dong’s, and is located in Sham Shui Po (Tsuen Wan red line MTR) of Kowloon, Hong Kong. Experiencing Hong Kong’s most loved traditions is a must-do for any passionate foodie, and it helps that their menu is English friendly too!
