I met the Sorted Wallet team earlier this year at the Africa Tech Summit in Nairobi, and after a few insightful conversations with Stephen, Shishir, and the rest of the team, I was instantly intrigued by what they were building. Sorted Wallet isn’t just another crypto product. It’s a solution purpose-built for accessibility and inclusion—bringing the power of USDT and Bitcoin to everyday people, including those who don’t own smartphones. The simple but powerful idea? Even if you only have a basic feature phone or an old Android device, you can still store, send, and receive crypto with ease. No complexities. Just pure usability built for real-life African contexts. To bring their story to life, I linked up with a Sorted Wallet user, Uforo, a data analyst in Nigeria and we created a short documentary: “A Day in the Life of a Sorted Wallet User.” This documentary captures how Sorted Wallet is transforming financial access, whether it’s buying airtime with USDT, managing digital assets across multiple blockchains, or helping non-tech-savvy family members use the wallet in local languages like Hausa. This isn’t just innovation for the sake of it, it’s tech that meets people where they are. Massive thanks to the entire Sorted Wallet team for trusting me to help tell this story and working together to create this magic. Watch the documentary and see how Sorted Wallet is changing lives, one user at a time. #Web3 #CryptoAdoption #DigitalFinance #SortedWallet #AfricaTech #FinancialInclusion #Documentary #Storytelling #BlockchainForGood #GeraldBlack
