Brisbane River Overnight Kayak Trip With The Boys ~ Fisherman's Diary Ep 861

Had the chance before we all went back to work to take Taylor and Manny out onto the Brisbane River for an overnight camp trip. Usually we do this trip in 2 nights but we compressed it this trip which did mean overall, a harder venture. It was so much fun though, and really only the long painful straight sections with a headwind were troublesome. I have still not really unlocked the Bass here despite trying just about every lure under the sun and giving a fair few trips. I think luck has a bit to do with it at the point and i'm certain one of these trips soon is going to be an absolute cracker. I do not even want to discuss the Catfish, what an absolute nightmare that was. All in all though, a fantastic trip with good friends and great memories.
