Ingredients: ¾ lb puff pastry sheet, chilled 1½ oz pecans, roughly chopped (do not roast) ⅓ cup maple syrup, add more for glazing All-purpose flour for dusting Cooking spray Filling: 3½ oz pecans, roasted & crushed 3 oz brown or muscovado sugar 1¼ oz unsalted butter, melted 3 tbsp maple syrup ⬇️ How to make Sticky Sweet Maple Pecan Danish Pastry ⬇️ 0:10 Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F. 0:13 Prepare your filling. Combine all your ingredients together. Stir until it forms a paste. Set aside. 0:37 Dust your working area with flour, then roll out your puff pastry sheet.
