The temperatures are getting colder and we’re prepared at Country Needleworks! Today, on Monday Marketplace, we have another new yarn that we’re excited about. Queensland Lapin is a fingering weight yarn made from 40% Angora, 20% Polyamide (Cashmere Touch) and 40% Polyamide with 437 yards per skein. The sweater Sue is wearing is called Tanya showcasing a textured stitch, knitted flat and sewn together. One other pattern that Queensland has specifically for this yarn is Ada, a hat, cowl and gloves combination. There is a crocheted version, too, called Eliza. Elena is also a crocheted shawl pattern.
