As for myself, I don't fancy that much eating pomegranate fruit as it is. But with this recipe, we can assure you guys that this is really extraordinarily delicious. The juiciness of pomegranate arils together with the tender moist delectable taste of chick peas and the rest of the ingredients added, make this dish taste so wonderful. It is a very good treat to ones health, as pomegranate is so full of nutrients and anti oxidants. While chick peas or garbanzo beans is also a good source of protein, folate and fiber.
