Pancit, originally a Filipino dish, can be a full meal in and of itself, but it's a side dish for the Chamorros and for Guam food. This particular version uses canton noodles instead of rice noodles. Pancit is always a part of a big fiesta table; you may or may not find it at a small barbecue. CHamorus add achote to the pancit recipe sometimes.
