Cheese Bread in a SunBeam Bread Maker

Welcome back into our little kitchen for another random sort of cooking video! Today I'm using this little Sunbeam bread machine to try and make a nice light cheese loaf. It basically worked out, kinda, in a way, if you look at it from just the right light on sort of a foggy morning, but basically it worked. Did the bread work out nice & light? Sure did! Was there cheese in it? Yup, I put it there myself. Could I find any sign of the cheese once it was all finished baking? Nope, not really. :-( I followed the first recipe in the book for the 'Deluxe White Bread' with, of course, the addition of a handful of shredded cheese. I really have no idea where said cheese wandered off to but I would love to hear some thoughts on the matter. I'm thinking perhaps cubes of cheese next time or maybe adding it during the second kneading process but like I mentioned I would love some feedback.
