Welcome to "Hodoyoi Tabi"! In Japanese, “Hodoyoi” means “moderate.” This channel introduces relaxed trips with efficient routes, plenty of breaks, and stress-free schedules without overexertion. In this vlog, we’re sharing Day 2 of our 4-day, 3-night Tohoku journey in Aomori, featuring my husband, who loves seafood, and me, who loves history. We planned this trip with the simple goal of “ending up in Akita on the last day.” On the first day, we headed to Hachinohe. Day 2, which we’ll show in this video, is all about Aomori! In the morning, we traveled from Hachinohe to Aomori, taking the local train line Aoimori Railway. The train had many local passengers, giving us a sense of blending into the community, and I thought, “This is what makes travel so special!” What I find extraordinary in my travels is part of everyday life for the locals. Thinking about it, my everyday life could be someone else’s extraordinary experience. Realizing this makes even the present moment feel special, reminding me of how travel helps us appreciate the daily rhythm of life. Anyway, back to our trip… For Day 2 in Aomori, we didn’t overbook the day but made sure to visit the main spots, so please relax and enjoy the journey with us. This is a moderate travel style that’s easy on the body, so we hope it serves as a reference for senior travelers as well. And although we’re traveling as a couple, this itinerary can work for solo travelers too, and we hope it’s helpful for you! Thank you for continuing to support "Hodoyoi Tabi"!
