Depeche Mode + Simple Minds - "Stripped" + "Someone Somewhere In Summertime" (mash-up)

This turned out even better than I initially thought! Simple Minds is one of those bands that shaped my musical tastes as a kid, their music has that weird magic to it that's hard to define. "Sparkle in the rain" and "New gold dream" are amongst the best pop albums ever made. These two songs flow into each other amazingly well - in my opinion. The feeling in the songs is - to me - really quite similar, melancholic and beautiful. What do you think? Did I just spoil two awesome songs or did you find this mash-up delightful? I'll probably do a couple more of these "summertime fun" mash-ups and then get back to remixing just Depeche.
