Painting ideas for beginners made with alcohol ink and posca. Wanted to make a tutorial with some fairly easy and fun ideas for alcohol ink paintings. The first one with the dotting is definitely fun and there are so many possibilities and endless outcomes. You can fill out the whole piece of paper or just a part of it working in different directions. You could also add a bit of metallic to spice it up. And like I mentioned in the video, this is pretty much fool proof.... you can't really do anything wrong. No matter which colors use choose or how many or how big you're circles are.. it will always end up looking interesting in some way. So this really is a good one to try out if you are having one of those days where nothing is going right. (and we all have those days.) The second one... also fun. And can also be done in so many different ways. You could make so many types of flowers on this one and use pens and markers in different colors. I like to make the flowers really simple, gives the piece a sort of minimalistic and elegant look, I think. I painted these on Nara paper and used Ranger ink.
