Hi! I’m Tammy Salamone, The Pink Survivor, and this is, “The Year I Wish I Could Erase." This is video 12 in my series going through my entire breast cancer story. #breastcancer #chemo #chemosideeffects One of the worst chemotherapy side effects for me was losing my hair! I can still picture the day I shaved my head and how difficult that decision was for me to make. I hope by seeing me here today and sharing my experience, I can help you or help you understand what it was like. I have been married to my very patient and loving husband, Dean, for almost 27 years and we have three beautiful daughters together. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and I’m confident my fitness level helped me before, during and after my breast cancer diagnosis. In early 2017, I was told I had an early stage breast cancer and then things began to spiral and overtook my entire life for almost two years.
