How to Make Green Chili Breakfast Burrito

Hi, this is Kevin, today we are making my favorite breakfast burrito, there are many breakfast burrito, and this recipe is my favorite, and I didn't really find any place that makes it this way, so I have to make it myself, but it is delicious, you can try too. I remember this burrito from long time ago when I was a young man, working graveyard shift at an Indian Casino in Albuquerque, NM, and I remember after work at 4am I would go down to the cafeteria and the cook there would make this for me, and I would eat this for breakfast, it was so delicious and comforting after a long day of work, therefore I have a very fond memory of this breakfast. To my surprise I thought I can just get this anywhere, I mean breakfast burrito...every restaurant sells this right? But the breakfast burrito although fancy and wholesome ingredients were use but different, I just miss this one so much, so I have no choice but to make it myself, just so I can eat them, I wonder, do they still make this back in ABQ NM :)
