This 100% rye sourdough bread recipe is super simple and requires no kneading! It's delicious too - so much so, that I make two of these every week for our family. Ingredients: First Day 1 cup rye sourdough starter 2 cups wholegrain rye flour 1 cup water Mix, leave in the fridge overnight (with a towel over the top of the bowl). Second Day 1 Tbsp caraway seeds 1 tsp salt 2 Tbsp blackstrap molasses 2 cups wholegrain rye flour 2/3 - 1 cup warm water Mix, sprinkle metal tin with some flour or line with parchment paper, add the dough, smooth and even out with wet spatula and leave to prove in a warm place for 1.5 to 2 hours (cover with a towel or put in a zip lock bag). Bake on 220 degrees Celcius for 20 min, then cover with foil and bake for another hour and 10 min on 200 degrees Celcius.
