Welcome to Day 13 of 30 Days of Qigong to Better Health. In the past 12 videos, Chris has demonstrated and explained the benefits of a number of exercises to benefit overall well-being. There are some exercises that are fundamental to your Qigong practice: the Center and Balance Meditation, the Micro Cosmic Orbit Meditation, and the White Pearl Meditation, with which Chris has finished each session. At the start of each session, in addition to assuming Wu Ji Posture and Pulling Down the Heavens, Chris has taken you through some important Qi Clearing and Body Awakening Exercises (Tossing the Stone, Bouncing and Heel Drop, Shaking the Tree). Then we learned the Five Yin Organ Exercises to restore and maintain balance.Today, Chris wraps up the exercises we have learned, and he encourages you, as you build your own practice, to incorporate those that address your particular issues. Once again, Qigong can be done from whatever level of ability is available to you. It can be done standing, sitting in a chair, or lying down.
