A Course in Miracles tells us that "healing is instant" and "healing is very simple" and "Healing is accomplished the instant the sufferer sees no value in pain" and "You are healed and whole" ... so if this is true (and it is!) then why do so many of us continue to experience sickness, suffering, lack, limitation and pain? In this video, I describe my own years of physical symptoms and the pain and the immediacy of emerging from them - the practice I used. Healing is instant ... yes, definitely ... but it can take days, weeks, months or years to be established in healing, happiness and wholeness - without sliding back into the location of body-identification. In this video, I also invite you to look at the ways you hold yourself to a location of suffering - and a reminder that for many people, leaving a place of lack, limitation and sickness brings up a lot of fear.
