This is one of amazing video which will shows our experience in cooking goat leg in outdoor open fire pit. Openfire cooking is one of most authentic, ancient and very promising way of cooking mean. This video contains three sections: Start with intro with amazing show of taste and texture of cooked leg. First section is marinating the meat using both dry and wet rub along with traditional local flavors. One of the best part is how we inserted chopped fat in the leg for moisture along with mixture of parsley and garlic paste. We also used our favorite dry rub. Second section is open fire outdoor cooking with some cool music.
