How is this possible with ADA?" _________________________________________________________________________ James Gallini Commentary: Always remember that Before or After Care programs housed within a public school can't discriminate and these providers (be it the public school or a 3rd Party) operate off of grants and funding from the State and/or Federal governments (which have very concise and clear anti-discrimination laws/rules/policies attached to the monies). The 3rd party and/or school district may not know the rules or the law so don't ever assume that what they are spouting off with confident ignorance is correct. Also, people tend to do what they want to (especially government institutions) unless other people stand up to question what was done....
