Hey friends! Some day’s I just don’t feel like doing an intense training but I still wanna get a movement in. On those days I choose a flow with low impact movements to get a nice stretch in, and at the same time tone and sculpt beautiful lean lines throughout my entire body. It is also a great flow to l stimulate your metabolism and burn fat. Also one of the reasons I never bulk up is because i'm keeping a good balance between high intensity workouts and slow flows. (just like this video) Connect your mind with your body and just feel your limits. Each time you’ll get to know your body a little better, and your flexibility, coordination and mobility will improve.💓 Please do each exercise slowly and controlled. Focus on the quality of the movement and make sure to use your breath always to move from one position to another. Its all about the inhale- exhale work.
