😊📑information📑 Sweet Cottage Cheese Dumplings – (Túrógombóc) is a traditional Hungarian sweet. It’s really good taste. There are several nice sweets made of cottage cheese in Hungary. This is one of my favourite one. I prefer to put lemon peeled skin which brings out the flavour. The combination of slight lemon flavour, sour cream and confectioner’s sugar is the best. (^_^) 🥕Ingredients🥕 -dumpling 500 g cottage cheese 2 eggs 2 dl semolina, 2 vanilla sugar 1 lemon peeled skin -coating for dumpling breadcrumbs butter 🍳Cooking steps🍳 1, mix well the cottage cheese, eggs, semolina and the vanilla sugar 2, put the mixture into refrigerator for 1 hour to let the semolina soak up the liquids 3, in the meantime, melt the butter and fry the breadcrumbs until golden brown 4, form medium size balls of the cheese mixture using your wet palm and place them carefully in the boiling water 5, The balls are boiled when they have risen to the surface of boiled water. 6, Carefully remove them with a skimmer and roll them evenly in the breadcrumbs. 7, Serve with sour cream and confectioner’s sugar, as desired. 8, Bon appetite/ Jó étvágyat!(^^♪ 🎵Music🎵 1, Bethlehem - Christmas by Kevin MacLeod is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/...)
