More videos here • Lunch or dinner in 30 minutes 📌 Ingredients: Chicken (various parts) - I used 2 thighs, 3 drumsticks, and 5 wings Potatoes - 6 Bacon - 120g Cream (at least 15%) - 400ml Garlic Salt and spices to taste Olive oil - 1 tbsp A dash of butter A dash of mustard 👩🏻🍳 Directions: 1. Rinse the chicken, season with salt and pepper, and add the olive oil. Stir. 2. Fry the chicken in a dry frying pan on both sides under pressure for 6 minutes over medium-low heat. 3. Transfer the fried chicken to a baking dish. 4. Lightly fry the garlic with mustard and salt, then add the cream. Cook over low heat until it comes to a boil, then immediately remove from heat. Pour the sauce over the chicken. 5. Slice the potatoes, but leave them whole. Distribute the bacon between the slices and don't forget to season. 6. Bake the chicken in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes and the potatoes for 50 minutes. 7.
