Learn CTT (consciousness transformation technique) for free in this video! It works wonders for all manner of things, and is an especially easy way to overcome acute issues in minutes. It was created by George Duisman of Washington State, and is a combination of EMDR and EFT. It's the best tool I know for easily helping to heal yourself at home. It works in real time, and you can feel your emotions (and physical things too) shift as you do it. I use it every day, and find it incredibly helpful both for transcending challenges as well as for manifesting positive things in my life. In addition to CTT, the other suggestions I have for helping yourself through this perhaps unsettling time: 1. Go outside (or open a window if you're not allowed)- fresh air and natural light are so important to get each day and confer many healing benefits. Double bonus if you can spend some time in nature daily (or with a house plant if not!) 2. Deep breaths- you want your belly to expand with your breath. This helps get you out of fight or flight, and is incredibly important to do for your health in general- all the time. Many of us learned to breathe shallowly and we need to re-learn how to breathe this way for greatest health and well-being. 3. Be in the present moment as much as you can. Keep reminding yourself and drawing your thoughts back to this NOW. If you didn't know anything else about the world, in this moment you are ok. 4. Tune into your higher knowing if able- via meditation, journeying, quantum healing experiences, unity consciousness. Do this every day, many times a day if you can. This will remind you that everything is ok from a higher perspective. The more you do this, the more you build those neural networks in your brain to be able to do this in challenge situations, which is of great benefit. 5. Follow your excitement, creativity, and inspiration. Take this time to self-nurture in that way, knowing that your higher self speaks to you through these channels (passion, excitement, creativity, love, inspiration) and the more time you can spend here, the better. 6. Tune out the mass media and pay attention to things that uplift you and make you feel good. You will get enough understanding of what is going on in the world regardless, but won't be so subject to the emotional upheaval and fear that the media conveys with the information they relay (and how).
