This week we're so glad to be offering you this 2nd video "Knee Not Over Extended" as a part of our 5 Principles video series. Here we give you a little over 5 minutes of our time to talk about this balancing act. The 2nd principle gives you a specific focus on finding your balance, finding that center to allow for the natural sit to occur and eventually feel where the weight needs to settle. What often happens is we work so hard on trying to stretch and extend the upper body and arms out further, that we don't pay attention to the fact that our knee might be overextended. This places all of our body weight into the knee-joint, instead of letting the body sit into the hips and allowing the quad muscles in the legs to take the load.
