This is where the Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) comes in. To create a TIA for the China transfer, go to the Data Protection and GDPR section, then Transfer Impact Assessments. We’ve already completed a TIA for the U.S. Now, we’ll create one for China. You name the TIA, and the system opens a guided questionnaire to walk you through the process. Wired Relations auto-imports mapped data like vendor locations, saving time. When questions arise, you can create tasks to involve IT or others. For example, I create a task to discuss technical security measures with IT, set a due date in April, and get a reminder automatically. Toward the end of the questionnaire, you choose how often to revisit the TIA. I set it to annually and create a recurring task for March next year — continuing automatically in future years. The task can be reassigned if needed. Once created, I’m reminded regularly to keep the TIA up to date. Though not yet complete, progress is saved. In the overview, I see the U.S. TIA was completed in March 2025 — likely due for review soon. That’s how you manage Transfer Impact Assessments in Wired Relations. #WiredRelations #TIA #TransferImpactAssessment #GRC #GRCSoftware #Compliance #ComplianceManagement #GDPR #Privacy #DataProtection
